Circles Co. Collective is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lead Generator to join our dynamic team on a contract-to-hire basis. As the Senior Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities for our clients by generating high-quality leads and developing effective outreach strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, which handles social media, email campaigns, SEO, and Google ad spend, ensuring that lead generation efforts are aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive business growth for our clients.
- Manage inbound and outbound lead funnels, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
- Execute cold outreach campaigns, including email, phone calls, and LinkedIn, to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media, email campaigns, SEO, and Google ad spend initiatives to enhance lead generation.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards on lead performance, conversions, and revenue impact using tools such as HubSpot, Kadence, and other analytics platforms.
- Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve effectiveness and meet growth objectives.
- Monitor and manage lead nurturing processes, ensuring follow-ups and conversions are maximized.
- Develop lead generation strategies for two client avenues: Direct-to-Business and CPA Firm Expansion.
- Show a proven track record of successful lead generation with past clients, including demonstrated results and positive ROI.
- Achieve targeted growth objectives for lead generation and business development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B or professional services setting.
- Expertise in HubSpot or similar CRM software.
- Proven experience with cold outreach and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Ability to create detailed reports, dashboards, and analyze data to track campaign performance.
- Experience managing lead generation funnels, including creating strategies and optimizing conversion rates.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media outreach, SEO strategies, and Google ad spend.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial services or accounting sectors is a plus but not required.
- Must provide examples of previous lead generation success, showing measurable results and ROI.
