The Preston Alexander campaign was a project that every creative agency dreams of completing! The Discovery phase was extremely enjoyable. The owner of the salon and her supreme team of beauty professionals were wonderful to work with, passionate about what they do, and living examples of the brand itself – friendly, trend-setting, and high-class.

Creating a luxury brand experience through every aspect of the digital and print customer interaction was fun for us, because we were able to fully tap into our team’s marketing and branding skills. We considered details such as colors, typefaces, paper texture, and imagery to accurately represent the grandeur experience customers can expect at Preston Alexander Salon. The mobile responsive website tells the story of the salon’s end goal to pamper each client and help them feel beautiful. It also guides customers through the process of scheduling an initial consultation, a time that their stylist will gain a firm understanding of goals, expectations, and preparation needed prior to providing the services. The website serves as a resource for current and potential customers, including a list of services, information about the team, and a photo gallery for examples of cuts, colors, blowouts, hairstyles, and makeup looks created by the salon.

Branded print design was another valuable component to the consistency of the campaign. Business cards and service menus were created with the salon customer’s experience in mind. Individual business cards were designed for each stylist, providing a professional marketing tool for them to build their clientele while also representing the salon’s brand.  A designated area was created on the business cards for stylists to write their client’s next appointment for follow-up services. Details for the service menus, including their shape and texture, were considered to make each piece look and feel luxurious. Everything about Preston Alexander Salon is first-class, and we knew it was important that each marketing piece reflects that.
