How fast is it, really?
Launch and Custom sites are ready to see the same day. Creative Week takes one week, starting with a creative meeting. Your build page shows every step, so you never have to wonder.
What is the difference between the packages?
Every site is built on our own Circles Co Framework. With Launch, we pick the framework design that best fits your answers, then make it yours. Custom is designed just for you, from your answers, with up to 10 pages.
Is it all AI?
No. Halo, our AI, does the heavy lifting with the same framework and design rules we use for every Circles Co site. Your paid build starts automatically and comes straight to you after its own checks. Our team steps in if it needs help. And when you have a question, a real person answers.
What if I do not like something?
Launch and Custom include three rounds of changes. Tell us what to tweak right on your build page and we make it. Creative Week includes two rounds.
When do I pay the rest?
Only when you love it. You pay 50% to start, and the balance when you approve your site, before it launches.
Do I have to host with you?
Yes. Every Halo site is hosted with us: it is how Halo keeps building, updating and protecting it. Hosting is $35 a month, or $19 a month for nonprofits and churches, and it starts when your site goes live, not before. It covers fast hosting, daily backups, security, updates and your SSL certificate.
What about my domain?
Already have one? We connect it at launch: you add two simple settings where you bought it, or invite us and we do it. Need one? Search for it in the questionnaire. Your first year is included with hosting, then it renews for $15 a year, added to your monthly bill. Not sure yet? We build on a free preview link and you choose before launch.
Will my email still work?
Yes. We never change your email settings when we connect your domain, so your inbox stays exactly where it is. Your website’s own emails, like contact form messages, are sent for you as part of hosting.
Do you have nonprofit pricing?
Yes. Nonprofits and churches pay $19 a month for hosting instead of $35. Check the box in the questionnaire and we take care of the rest.
Do you have promo codes?
Sometimes. If you have one, enter it on the last step of the questionnaire and your price updates right away.
Who owns the website?
Your words, your photos and your domain are yours. Your site is built on our Circles Co Framework and runs on our hosting, which is what lets Halo build it, update it and keep it safe.
