The Task
Covenant Title provides title insurance throughout the state of Texas. The team also provides additional services including abstracts of titles, property records, and real estate closings. As a subsidiary of FirstBank Southwest, Covenant Title wanted their website to be consistent with the FBS brand but unique enough to set them apart online. The challenge was creating an accessible design, maintaining a professional look and creating engaging, educational content based on their three major services.
The Solution
We worked closely with the FirstBank Southwest marketing team during our discovery process to determine which services were paramount for users to see when they visited the website. By creating a mobile responsive website, rich in optimized blog content, we aimed to target a broader audience. We created educational and concise content to appeal to those new to the complex language of title services. Our design team ensured the website was easy to access and mobile responsive.
